Earlier, Daniels was accused by Trump's lawyer of making up "phony stories about sex," after 100-porn films.        President Biden is confirming that American bombs have been used to kill Palestinian civilians. On Wednesday, Biden spoke with CNN after the U.S. paused a large shipment of weapons headed to Israel. He said "Civilians have been killed in Gaza as a consequence of those bombs and other ways in which [Israel] goes after population centers."        Harvey Weinstein will stay in New York for now, as California fights to get him extradited. On Thursday, the disgraced Hollywood producer appeared at a hearing, where his legal team fought his proposed extradition. The Golden State wants Weinstein back in California to start serving his sentence on sex crimes there since his New York rape conviction has been overturned.        Donald Trump's 18-year-old son has been picked by Florida's Republican Party as a state delegate to the GOP National Convention. The Florida GOP chairman said Wednesday that Barron Trump will be one of Florida's at-large delegates at the July convention, where the party will officially make Donald Trump its presidential nominee. Three other Trump children - Eric, Tiffany and Don Jr. - will also be Florida GOP delegates.        Utah police are reporting two skiers have died after an avalanche hit the Salt Lake City area. The avalanche happened on Utah's Lone Peak, a popular area of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Three skiers were initially reported missing and while one was rescued, the other two didn't make it.        A former NBA player is heading to prison. Glen "Big Baby" Davis was sentenced by a judge to 40 months in prison, plus three years' supervised release, for his role in a scheme to defraud the league's health care benefits plan. Over 20 people, including 18 former players, have been sentenced in the case for filing false medical claims with the NBA Players' Health and Benefit Welfare Plan.
